1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for an account on Zenoff, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Zenoff platform.

2. Soft Launch & Future Pricing

Zenoff is currently in its soft launch phase and is available free of charge to early adopters. We plan to introduce subscription-based pricing plans in the near future. All existing users will be notified well in advance before any pricing is implemented. You will have the opportunity to review and accept the pricing plan before continuing to use Zenoff.

3. Account Eligibility

• Only authorized company representatives may create an account using a valid company domain email address.
• Public domain emails (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) are not permitted for registration.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during sign-up.

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

Zenoff supports three types of users:

• Company Owner: Full administrative rights, including managing departments, users, leave types, and reports.
• Department Head: Manages leave requests within their assigned department.
• User: Can apply for and track their own leaves.

Each user agrees to use Zenoff only for legitimate and authorized company purposes.

5. Leave Data and Records

• Leave requests and approvals are stored securely and are visible based on role-level access.
• Company Owners and Department Heads are responsible for reviewing leave requests promptly.

6. Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate personal profile information (excluding email address which is fixed upon sign-up).

7. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to Zenoff’s backend systems.
• Use Zenoff for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Disrupt or impair system performance or security.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Submit false information
• Abuse the system or other users

9. Modification of Terms

Zenoff may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which your company is registered.
